A variety of techniques and practices to calm, soothe and relax your body, mind and spirit.
Bliss Out is focused on self-care, pleasure and self-massage. We will be using Nia's Five Stages, Yoga Tune Up Therapy Ball Massage, Deep Stretching, Breathing and Meditation, to achieve a state of "Bliss."
The focus of the class is relaxation. The means are through relieving the body of tension, calming the nervous system, and then focusing the mind. The results are profound and cumulative. This class and the practices that you will learn in it, are an important part of your healthy and fit life.
