CORE INTEGRATION the Yoga Tune Up way.
Using Yoga and Yoga-based movements to work with all things core. You will learn about the structure of your core. Stretch, strengthen and stabilize the core musculature. Practice deep diaphragmatic breathing.
Your core is your abdominal and oblique muscles as well as the back muscles and the diaphragm. We'll also be addressing the hip flexors. This work is excellent for anyone doing any sort of physical activity. The core is so important to physical work. Also, anyone in the performing arts, dancers, singers and actors, need to have good control from the core and have strong breath control as well.
This workshop hits it all in a deep way. You will sweat and you will get to know your core better than ever.
The location is in midtown Manhattan, on Eighth Avenue between 55th and 56th Sts. Class size is limited to ten.
