Kakasana :: Crow

This pose is easier than it looks. It’s just a matter of placing your hands on the ground and placing your shins on the backs of your arms. Continue to adjust until you find the balancing point. Then lift your feet off the ground and look up towards the horizon.

Breathe.

The crow develops strength in the wrists, arms and shoulders. It also helps improve balance and concentration and increases the lung capacity by expanding your chest.

Namaste.
