Greetings. In this section, Jason will introduce you to a number of his favorite yoga postures.
Remember: yoga is never about “getting it right” or "right away" but about connecting to and breathing with your body. It is called a yoga practice for a reason. The idea is to continually improve. If anything becomes too strenuous, then just ease out of whatever it is and move into either a CORPSE POSE or a child’s pose, breathe and recover.
Relax, focus and breathe. You will literally feel yourself changing from the inside out.
I would love to update the pictures of the poses in this section. Some of the shots were taken at least eight years ago and I've improved so much since they were taken. So if you are an enthusiast and have a good eye and a camera, and would be interested in shooting my practice some day, perhaps in an interesting location, please contact me.
