Triangle :: Trikonasana

This pose is a little more advanced. The goal here is to get the buttocks on the ground, the leg in front to lay flat on its side and the sole of the rear foot to the top of the head.

The benefit of this pose is felt greatly in the increased flexibility of the hips; especially the lateral rotators of the buttocks. This could be a good one to relieve sciatic pain.
